Smoothie bowl

Serves: 1

Ingredients

1 Bananas

1 Mango

Small handful of frozen Raspberries

Small handful of frozen Blueberries

Small handful of frozen Strawberries

1-2 tablespoons of Natural Yogurt

Dash of Water

Allergens and properties

Contains milk

 

Method

1. Peel and wash the fruit, cut the mango into large cubes (take out the hard core).

2. Add half the banana and half of the blueberries to the blender and the remaining fruit then blend, until no lumps, then pour into your serving bowl.

3. Slice the remaining banana on top of the smoothie and add the blueberries.

You can add additional frozen fruits or nuts and seeds if desired.

Super easy and quick to make.
