Porridge with fruit and mixed seeds

Ingredients
Oats 40g
Semi-Skimmed Milk 200g
1 Banana
A splash of Maple syrup
A splash of Water
Sprinkle of sunflower and pumpkin seed mix
Handful of Strawberries
Handful of Blueberries

Method
1. Put the porridge oats in a medium non-stick pan (you can add a pinch of cinnamon or a few drops of vanilla essences if you want to spice up the taste) add the milk and water and cook over a medium heat.
2. Cook for 3-5 minutes or until the oats are tender and creamy, stir frequently.
3. Pour the porridge into a bowl.
4. Slice the banana up, wash the strawberries, blueberries and add to the top of the porridge, scatter the mixed seeds and add a drizzle of maple syrup and a splash of milk.
