Over night porridge oats

Serves: 1

Ingredients

Oats 40g

1 tablespoon Chia seeds

Few drops of Vanilla extract

Semi-skimmed Milk 135g

2 tablespoons Natural Yogurt

Handful of Raspberries

Contains gluten

Contains milk

 

Method

1. Combine the oats and chi seeds and pour in to a bowl, jar or glass.

2. Add the yogurt, milk, vanilla extract and fruit of choice. 

3. Stir together, then cover and place in the fridge. Chill for at least 2 hours preferably leave over night.

4. In the morning, grab a spoon and eat. 

5. You can top with additional fruit or seeds of your choice.
