JW Smoothie
Serves: 1
Ingredients
Handful of Strawberries
Handful of Raspberries
1 Banana
1 Mangoes
1-2 tablespoons Natural Yogurt
Allergens and properties
Contains milk
Method
1. Peel and core the mango, then chop into chunks, peel the banana and break in half.
2. Wash the other fruits.
3. Add blueberries, strawberries and raspberries to the blender plus the yogurt and a few ice cubes.
4. Blitz for around 30 seconds and pour into a glass. If your smoothie is too thick for your liking you can add more ice cubes or extra yogurt.
