Fruity frozen yogurt

Serves: 6

Ingredients

1 Bananas

1 Mangoes

3 Plums

Handful Blueberries

Handful Raspberries

Natural Yogurt 500g

Large Handful Strawberries

Contains milk

 

Method

1. Wash and cut mango & banana into cubes

2. Add all fruit (minus the raspberries)on to a tray, place in freezer for 2 hours or over night.

3.Take fruit out of the freezer place it in the blender and add the natural yogurt and honey, blend all ingredients together. This can be eaten straight away or placed in an air tight container and frozen. Add a handful of fresh raspberries for serving.

The fruit can be changed to taste.
