Fish Pie
Serves: 6
Ingredients
5 Potatoes
400 mls Milk
2 tablespoon butter
1 tablespoon White Flour
Salmon, Haddock & Smoked Pollock Fish Pie Mix 300g
Pinch Mustard powder
Handful Frozen Peas
30g Grated Cheddar Cheese
Handful Sweetcorn
180g King Prawns

Method
1. Heat oven to 200C, 400 F, Gas Mark 6.
2. Peel the potatoes and halve place in a sauce pan of water, just enough to cover them. Bring to the boil and simmer for 20 minutes or until tender.
3. Drain the water from the potatoes and add 1 tablespoon of butter, grated cheese and a splash of milk and mash together until light and fluffy.
4. Put the remaining butter into a pan heat gently until it has melted, add the flour and stirring continuously, until it forms a thick paste.
5. Gradually whisk in the milk, keep mixing until it forms a thickened sauce, add the mustard powder.
6. Take off the heat and add the mixed fish, prawns, sweet corn and peas.
7. Spoon into an oven proof dish, then add the mash to the top of the sauce mix.
8. Cook in the over for 20-25 minutes.
