Eggy bread

Serves: 1

Ingredients

2 tablespoons Milk

2 slices of Wholemeal bread

2 Eggs

May contain soya

 

Method

1. Crack the eggs into a mixing bowl, add the milk, season with pinch of salt and pepper. Whisk together. 

2. Place a non-stick frying pan on medium heat. 

3. Dip and coat 1 slice of bread into the eggy mixture, turn it over to coat both sides, then do the same with the other slice of bread. 

4. Add a touch of olive oil to the pan. 

5. Shake any excess mixture from the bread and add to the pan, cook for 2-3 minutes on each side.
