Chocolate protein shake

Serves: 1

Ingredients

1 Bananas

Splash of Olive Oil

Half an Avocado

1 tablespoon Peanut or Almond Butter

1 tablespoon Honey or Maple Syrup

1 tablespoon Raw Cacao Powder

1 tablespoon Maca powder

1 tablespoon Flax Seed

1 tablespoon Tahini paste

250 ml Almond Milk

Pinch of Salt

Method

1. Put the banana, avocado, peanut butter, maple syrup, coca and maca powder, flaxseed and tahini, into the blender.

2. Add the milk (it should be enough to cover the ingredients) and blitz for around 30 seconds, or until all ingredients are blitz together and forms a smooth shake
