Chia Pudding

Serves: 2-3

Ingredients

1 Mug Almond Milk

1 Bananas

1 tablespoon Almond butter

1 teaspoon Honey or Maple Syrup

Handful Frozen Mixed Berries

5 tablespoon Chia seeds

Handful Fresh Fruit for Topping

Method

1. Blend together the almond milk, banana, almond butter, maple syrup and frozen berries.

2. Pour into a glass/jar and mix in the chia seeds. 

3. Cover and leave over night in the fridge (for at least 6 hours) so it sets and the chia seeds expand.

4. Served topped with a handful of fresh fruit .
