Broccoli pasta salad with salmon and seeds

Ingredients
Wholemeal Dried Pasta 75g
4 Broccoli florets
4 tablespoons Green Beans
1 tablespoon Miso paste
Ginger 5g
2 tablespoons Sunflower seeds
Dash Rapeseed Oil
2 Salmon Fillets
1 Spring Onion

Method
1. Pre heat the oven to 160oC/320 F/ Gas 3. Wrap the salmon in foil, add a splash of milk and place in the over for 15-20 minutes, or until tender.
2. Boil the pasta for 4 minutes, then add the broccoli and beans, and cook 8-10 more minutes, or until everything is tender.
3. Drain, reserving the water, then tip the pasta and vegetables in to a bowl and add the miso paste, ginger, seeds, oil and 3 tablespoon of water from the pasta pan.
4. Flake the salmon onto the pasta in large pieces and toss well.
5. Slice the Spring Onion into tins prices and scatter over the top then spoon out on two plates to serve.
